I purchased a handbag on StyleDiva.net in February.The company promises satisfaction or full refund.

The product was poorly made and I called for a return authorization(RMA). No reply. Called again. No reply.

E mailed multiple times from February to April with no reply other than multiple copies of sales receipts they continued to send.(English skills appear to be absent at StyleDiva.net.) When I filed a complaint with my credit card company, StyleDiva.net magically produced a photocopy of an RMA they allege they had sent in April. I have copies of all emails received and that e mail is not in my inbox --although an e mail from me AFTER that date-- asking again for an RMA --is present. Their magically produced e mail caused my credit card company to deny the claim.

The customer service this company gave me is ABYSMAL.
